Licenses & Credits
Last updated: 25 June 2026
Atladeus is built to be commercially clean. Everything bundled with the studio is either our own work, released into the public domain under CC0, or licensed under the SIL Open Font License — all cleared for commercial use. We use no third-party tracking, no analytics, and ship zero third-party code dependencies. This page credits the open libraries we build on and explains how the content you create is handled.
Our own work
The Atladeus application, its 3D furniture meshes, procedurally generated materials, and branding are created by us and remain our property. The studio is a proprietary product — its presence as a downloadable web app grants no licence to reuse its code or brand marks.
Scanned materials — CC0 1.0 (public domain)
The photorealistic material scans (wood, stone, marble, tile, metal, fabric, plaster and more) come from two outstanding open libraries, both released under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 — public-domain, free for commercial use, no attribution required. We credit them with thanks:
- Poly Haven — wood & parquet floors, plaster walls, concrete, stone, granite, slate, limestone, paving, decking and solid timber.
- ambientCG — brushed steel & studio metals (brass, chrome), marble, terrazzo, travertine, tile, carpet, woven / bouclé / felt fabrics, leather, glazed porcelain, plywood, microcement, brick, grass and gravel.
Fonts — SIL Open Font License 1.1
Typefaces are self-hosted (no third-party font CDN) and bundled under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits embedding and commercial use:
- Fraunces — display serif.
- Inter — interface sans-serif.
- JetBrains Mono — monospace.
No third-party code or tracking
The studio runs entirely on first-party code with no npm packages, CDN scripts, tag managers or analytics. The only outbound connections happen when you choose to connect a smart-home integration, or turn on the optional live-weather feature (which fetches your local forecast from open-meteo.com) — and those go to that provider under its own terms.
Content you import or share
When you import a 3D model or publish/share a home, that content is yours — these credits don’t apply to it. You confirm, at the moment you import or publish, that you own the content or are licensed to use it (including commercially, where relevant). By sharing it, you let other users view, download and use it as the feature intends, and let us host it to run the Service. If something you’ve shared infringes someone’s rights — or you believe content here infringes yours — contact [legal@atladeus.com] and we’ll act on it. See the Terms of Service (§3, §4, §8) for the binding detail.
